The Board of Directors, via your property management with Towne Properties, has directed our company to notify tenants that we will be cleaning gutters in your office park on Thursday, February 17th, 2022. Please park your vehicle on Millbrook Road while your building is having gutters cleaned. 

 

We  will  be  blowing  out  all  debris  in  the  gutters  and  checking  downspouts  for clogs. You do not need to be present for this work to place.  If your office has privacy fencing with a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to effectively complete ground cleanup.  If you have any concerns, please review our gutter cleaning FAQ or contact us through  www.southernor.com/gutters.  Alternatively,  please  feel  free  to contact me directly with any questions or comments regarding this project.  We look  forward to providing you a  crisp, clean, and  courteous result.
