Community Café

Towne Properties Community Café is our homeowner online portal. . To register for the first time, or to make a payment, you must have an email on file to visit the Towne Properties website (www.TowneProperties.com) and choose Login, then HOA/COA Login. The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit account number, which starts with a "t" and can be found on your payment coupon. Once you are registered, you can make one-time payments via e-check or credit card, set up recurring payments (applicable 3rd party fees will apply based on payment type), or view your personal account information such as account ledger, architectural applications, violation letters, and much more!

Please note payments via e-check will direct you to the Alliance Bank Site https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home. You will need to provide the following information, located on your coupon, to register: Mgmt. ID (6883), your 4-digit Assoc ID (7728), and 7-digit Account No. (starts with a “t”).

Fees:
Auto Pay through Alliance ($.95 fee per transaction)

Credit / Debit Card via Community Cafe~
$3.95 fee for Debit ($0-$999.99)
$4.95 fee for Debit ($999.99-$1,999.99)
$9.95 fee for Debit ($1,999.99 and up)
$2.5% fee for Credit

Bill-Pay

Recurring or one-time payment via your personal bank account. Please include Mgmt. ID (6883), your 4-digit Assoc ID (7728), and 7-digit Account No. (starts with a “t”) located on your coupon as the account number. These payments should be mailed to:

A coupon should be included with any payments that are sent by mail to the address below. If you are missing your payment coupon, please include your resident number/ t-number on the check or if needed, contact any member of your Community Management Team.
